João Dácio Rolim, ROLIM’s partner, will lecture in the event “New Trends in the Common Law: Precedent, Taxation, Regulation”, promoted by Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS), in London. The event will be from May 14^th to 18^th.

João Dácio will be chair and commentator of the first panel on May 16^th (Anti-avoidance provisions – Domestic approach GAAR and Tax Treaty approach PPT in the MLI, and Global Fiscal Policy), aimed exclusively to the new trends of Common Law for taxation.
